The DeLuise family is one of the longest-running acting dynasties in American comedy: Dom DeLuise, his three sons, and a third generation now working. Jake Dominick DeLuise belongs to that third generation. He is also a case study in how unreliable the internet becomes once a name gets far enough from a documented source.

The DeLuise Dynasty
Dom DeLuise
Dom DeLuise, born August 1, 1933 and died May 4, 2009, was one of the most recognisable comic actors of his era. He appeared in a run of Mel Brooks films — Blazing Saddles, Silent Movie, History of the World, Part I — and made a long series of pictures with his close friend Burt Reynolds.
He also had a substantial second career as a voice actor in Don Bluth’s animated features, and was a published cookbook author. He was married to the actress Carol Arthur.
The Three Sons
All three of Dom’s sons went into the business. Peter DeLuise played Officer Doug Penhall across 84 episodes of 21 Jump Street alongside Johnny Depp, then became a prolific television director — he directed 57 episodes of Stargate SG-1, plus episodes of Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe.
David DeLuise is best known as Jerry Russo in Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place. Michael DeLuise appeared in 21 Jump Street, seaQuest DSV and Gilmore Girls.
Peter DeLuise was married to Gina Nemo from 1988 to 1992, and married the actress Anne Marie Loder in June 2002.
What Is Claimed About Jake — and Why It Does Not Hold Together
A cluster of profiles describe Jake Dominick DeLuise as the son of Peter DeLuise and grandson of Dom, working as an actor and producer. That family placement is plausible and consistently repeated.
The rest of the detail collapses on inspection:
His birth date is given as May 14, 1994 in some profiles and April 11, 2004 in others — a ten-year discrepancy about the same person.
Several pages state that he is married to Anne Marie DeLuise. Anne Marie Loder is Peter DeLuise’s wife, married in 2002 — that is, his reported stepmother rather than his spouse.
Several pages state that his brothers are David and Michael DeLuise. Those are Peter’s brothers, not Jake’s — his uncles.
This is what happens when a generated profile is built by pattern-matching a surname rather than by reporting: the relationships get shuffled one generation out of place, and the error then propagates across every site that copies it.
What Can Be Said
Jake Dominick DeLuise is a member of the DeLuise family, a generation below the three brothers, reported to work in acting and production. Peter DeLuise’s Wikipedia entry does not name him, and no interview, credit list or family statement establishes his parentage, age or career in a way that can be checked.
Given how thoroughly documented the rest of the family is, the absence is itself informative: he has not built a public career of the kind his father, uncles and grandfather did.
Why This Matters
Dynasty families are the easiest targets for generated biography, because the surname alone returns enough real material to make an invented page look sourced.
If you searched this name expecting a filmography and a life story, the honest answer is that the family is extensively documented and this individual is not.
